"Palm Sunday with chimes..."
Here's a novelty...Jeremy de Satge has picked up the C major scale and run with it. Interwoven with the Westminster chimes, there's an instant rapport created here. The plainsong central section provides a focus and contrast to the heraldic outer sections. It's a joyous little number though. (Hannah Bell, 2001)

Here is a refreshing approach to this introit for Palm Sunday. Cleverly based on the Westminster Chimes, Jeremy de Satge's setting of "Hosanna Filio David" will greatly appeal (no pun intended!) to amateur church choirs. The chimes are cleverly interwoven as the piece progresses and although the texture seems intricate the vocal lines retain their simplicity throughout. A great sense of joy is created here; an uplifting start to any Palm Sunday Service. (Jane Money, 2001)
